An office campus set within 34 acres, providing 125,000 sq ft of office space and extensive amenities, including a golf course, cricket pitch and tennis courts. Acquired in Feb 2025, planning development focuses on repositioning the site for use as a modern data centre with office space and associated landscaping.

A 1.3 acre site providing 105,000 sq ft of retail and office space and 80 parking spaces. A mixed-use building in central Bromley, just a 2-minute walk from Bromley South train station. Manor Park Group acquired Hannover Place in June 2025.

Mill Lane, Stokenchurch
Manor Park Group acquired this 5-acre parcel of land next to junction 5 of the M40 in 2024. The land is now allocated for employment usage and planning consent is being sought for a 115,000 sq ft modern logistics warehouse with office space, parking and site sensitive landscaping.
